What do I get exactly?
Measured 2D layout, finish schedule (tile/counter/paint/hardware/lighting), fixture list, concept elevations, and a shoppable list.

How many revisions are included?
Two rounds within the original scope.

Will you pick grout profiles/trim?
Basic guidance is included; detailed specing can be added as an add-on.

Can you coordinate with my cabinetmaker/GC?
Light coordination via email is fine. Full coordination is an add-on or moves to Full Service.

Do you place orders?
You purchase directly; I provide links and alternates.

How long does it take?
Typically 3–5 weeks after complete measurements.

Can I add 3D views?
Yes—available as an add-on.

What if my contractor needs changes?
We can accommodate within included revisions; extra changes are billed as add-ons.

Space E-design

What rooms does this cover?
Living rooms, bedrooms, dining, offices, entry, etc. (No kitchens/baths—use that package.)

Do I need measurements?
Basic room dims help; I’ll send a quick guide.

What do I get?
1–2 concept directions, a 2D furniture layout, palette/finishes, and a shoppable list with alternates.

How many revisions?
Two rounds (style + selections within scope).

Do you buy for me or manage deliveries?
No—this is DIY implementation. You purchase and manage delivery/returns.

Can you do window treatments/art?
Yes—specs/curation available as add-ons.

Timeline?
About 2–3 weeks per room.

Multi-room pricing?
Yes—ask before booking for a bundle rate.

Can I upgrade to Full Service later?
Within 14 days of delivery, you can apply 100% of the Space E-design fee toward Full Service (subject to availability).

Do you offer 3D?
3D stills available as an add-on.

Full-Service Design

What’s included?
Concept to install: designs, selections, appropriate 2D plans/elevations, trade/vendor coordination, procurement, tracking, and styling.

Do you take on renovations?
Yes—scope-dependent. We’ll collaborate with licensed architect/GC as needed.

Are permits included?
We coordinate with your architect/GC for stamped drawings and permits; we don’t stamp plans.

Minimum investment?
Yes—projects must meet a minimum. We’ll confirm during inquiry.

Timeline?
Varies by scope—often 8–16+ weeks. We’ll map phases and milestones.

Do you handle ordering and damages?
Yes—procurement and claims are managed under Full Service.

Do you work outside Portland?
Travel is available and quoted separately.

Can I start with Space E-design, then go Full Service?
Yes—within 14 days of Space E-design delivery, your fee can credit 100% toward Full Service (if we have capacity).

Will I get 3D visuals?
When helpful/approved in scope, 3D stills are included.
